Supported Living
Supported Living Services (SLS) are available to anyone who desires facilitation, instruction and assistance to live in the home of his or her own choice. Support is provided to ensure participants are successful in their daily living activities, such as paying bills, furnishing their home, accessing the community, and interacting with other agencies.
